Week 1-2) Brainstorm and limit the scope of our research memebers are giving out ideas and possible collaboration opportunities with other socities for the betterment of the goal Week 3-4) Allocating different work to different committee members Once limit the scope, we set out on the timeline and process to develop and ultimately reach the objective and allocate each member with differnet tasks Week 5-6) Generating sources and people to contact Week 7-8) Screening the right people to and sources to contact and start reaching out to them for interviews and letting them know our campaign Week 9-10) Organising interview Emailing individuals to liaise whatthe best time for an interview Week 11-13) Consolidation and develop our own analysis and advices on the campus carbon neutrality and finalizing our findings in the project.
